- Live food for reptiles/amphibians
- Fresh grass, fruit, vegetables and water daily
- Sanitation checks and regular updates
- Exercised separately from other boarders (though in proximity to others)

Emergency Vet Appointments
Don't worry. If your pet becomes ill during their stay I will take care of them and seek veterinary care immediately. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.
Collection & Drop-off Service
Here to help. Is your pet's enclosure too large to transport? If so, don't worry – I can help within the Falkirk area. You can be assured your pet will be transported safely there and back.
Outdoor Rabbit Boarding: The Burrows
Spacious 6ft × 3ft fully insulated accommodation – 4 pens available.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor rabbits and guinea pigs, even hens! Plenty of natural daylight, fresh air and cosy sleeping quarters. As with indoor boarding, plenty of fresh grass, hay, fresh greens and interaction throughout the day. Time out in a run on their own fresh patch of grass on good-weather days. Tucked away from view and padlocked at night. For indoor pets, an oil radiator can be run during the winter months for a small extra charge.
About Me
Small Animal Boarder
Hi, my name is Rachael and I've always loved animals and giving them the best life possible. I have a background in Psychology and Animal Behaviour, and have Veterinary Practice experience. I have volunteered at dog rescue centres and even fostered many kittens through the Cats Protection League.
My first pet when I was a little girl was an earthworm called 'Herman'! Various slugs and snails followed and then I found 'Basil', a beautiful common toad who lived for many years! Throughout my life I have owned and loved hamsters, mice, tree frogs, fire bellied toads, lizards, axolotls, a short-tailed opossum, a cockatiel, stick insects and a house rabbit.
Today I live happily on a farm steading in Falkirk with my husband, two children, 2 friendly dogs, a cuddly Siamese/Ragdoll cat, 4 rare breed sheep, and rare breed hens and ducks. I have converted one of our rooms to provide specialist care for rodents, reptiles, amphibians, insects and other exotic pets.
