**Important Information for all Customers of Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat**

When making a booking for your pet to board with Broom Farm Small Animal Retreat, I receive personal data from you to enable me to complete your booking. This can include your name, address, telephone number, email address and your registered veterinary practice. This information is needed by me for the health and safety of your pet and will not be shared with any third party. All your details are collected when you complete the boarding booking form, which is kept on file and stored securely. Your information will also be stored on Google Sheets for taxation purposes and is password protected.

I may also take photos or videos of your pet for my website and Facebook page. Your photos or videos will never be shared publicly without your permission.

Any of the personal information you provide may be on reciepts/invoices which will only be kept for legal/tax/accounting purposes which is required by HMRC.

If you require me to delete any of your information, please contact me. If I am not required to keep your information for legal/taxation purposes, I will be able to fulfil your request.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
